Enjoy every minute of the Cowden Quilt School Quilting Retreat.

Arrive from 2pm on Friday and leave on Sunday afternoon having spent the weekend quilting and enjoying two nights' bed and breakfast accommodation at The Falcon Hotel, Uppingham.

This option is perfect if you’re travelling a bit further to join us or just want to switch off completely.

£540 in total
(£108 non-refundable deposit and two installments of £216)

Booking :

Pay an initial, non-refundable deposit of 20%, followed by two equal installments by invoice: the first for payment by midnight on Friday 15 November 2024 and the second and final payment by midnight on Friday 21 February 2025. 

If you would prefer to pay in full or over more than two instalments, just let me know when you book.

Important information :

If the retreat sounds perfect for you, there are a few things to note before you book:

• Deposits are non-refundable.

• You'll need to bring your own sewing machine and equipment to spend the weekend working on your chosen project(s). 

• Accommodation will be an en-suite room for single occupancy. Please get in touch if you plan to bring a partner or share a room as costs may vary as a result.

• After you've unloaded your car, some parking spaces will be provided at an adjacent public car park with reimbursement from the hotel.

• Please note that evening meals are not included. 

• Places are limited and bookings will be taken on a 'first come, first served' basis.

In case of cancellation :

• If I have to cancel the retreat, a full refund will be provided.

• If you need to cancel, for any reason, your deposit is non-refundable. If the cancelled place is re-booked by another quilter, your instalment payment(s) will be refunded.

• Alternatively, you can arrange to transfer a cancelled place to another quilter but arrangements must be agreed with me at least one week prior to the retreat.

• If the retreat is sold-out, I will keep a waiting list. Places that become available will be offered on a 'first come, first served' basis.
