Workshop, course, and event bookings are usually made online using this website. Bookings may sometimes be made by direct contact and payment by invoice, by prior arrangement and agreement.
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your space. Please check our dates and your availability carefully and read the terms and conditions of cancellations (below) before booking.
Booking confirmation is always provided by email, either automated from our website or directly by us. Please contact us promptly by email at hello@cowdenquiltschool.com if you do not receive booking confirmation within 24 hours of booking.
Booking
If we must cancel a workshop, course or event, for any reason, we will offer a suitable alternative or provide a full refund. We cannot accept responsibility for any costs incurred as a consequence of cancellation.
You have the right to cancel your booking within 7 days of booking and a full refund will be provided.
If your workshops, course or event takes place within 7 days of booking and you are unable to attend, you are welcome to send someone in your place. Please notify us in advance to make arrangements.
If your workshop, course or event takes place 7 days or more after booking and you are unable to attend, we may be able to transfer your booking if a suitable alternative workshop, course or event is scheduled. Please contact us to discuss.
If we agree to transfer your booking to an alternative workshop, course or event, it must be attended and completed within 12 months of the original booking date.
Cancellation
Digital PDF quilt pattern purchases are non-refundable. Please contact us by email at hello@cowdenquiltcshool.com to make us aware of any corrections or if you would like to make a complaint regarding the contents of a pattern.
